Eligibility Criteria
High Performance Manager
- Master's in Sports/Physical Education (MSI/Ph.D/MBA in Sports Management)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sports research and development
Head Coach
- Diploma in Coaching from SAI/NSNIS or recognized international institutions
- Representation in Olympics/World Cup/World Championship
- Certificate Course from National/International Federation
- Minimum 10 years of experience in coaching
- Working knowledge of computers is essential
Age Limit
- High Performance Manager: Below 65 years
- Head Coach: Below 50 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per government rules
Salary
- High Performance Manager: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month
- Head Coach: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month
