Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduate Engineer Trainee: B.Tech/B.E in relevant discipline
- Associate Cabin Crew: 12th Pass with DGCA approved training (preferred)
- Associate Flight Engineer: B.Tech/B.E with relevant certification
- Manager (FOQA): Degree in Engineering with 3 years’ experience in FOQA
- General Manager (Engineering): B.Tech/B.E in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical with minimum 15 years of experience
Age Limit (as on last date of application)
- Graduate Engineer Trainee: Max 28 years
- Manager: Max 40 years
- General Manager: Max 50 years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
Salary Details (Monthly)
- Graduate Engineer Trainee: Rs. 50,000
- Associate Cabin Crew: Rs. 95,000 – Rs. 1.65 Lakhs
- Associate Flight Engineer: Rs. 2 Lakhs – Rs. 3.5 Lakhs
- Manager (FOQA): Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000 (IDA Scale)
- General Manager (Engineering): Rs. 1,00,000 – Rs. 2,60,000 (IDA Scale)
