Educational Qualifications
- For RA: Ph.D. in Physics/Material Science/Electronics or relevant discipline.
- For JRF: B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, or M.Sc. in Physics/Electronics/Materials Science with valid NET/GATE qualification.

- Junior Research Fellowship: Maximum 28 years

Stipend and Benefits
- RA: ₹67,000 per month + HRA (as per DRDO norms)
- JRF: ₹37,000 per month + HRA (as per DRDO norms)
