Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any stream) for Engineering posts
- MBA/PGDM for Officer (Marketing, HR, Materials)
- CA Inter/ICWA Inter or MBA (Finance) for Analyst (F&A)
- Post-Graduation in Hindi with English at graduate level for Rajbhasha Adhikari
- Membership of ICSI for Officer (Company Secretary)
Age Limit
- Engineer/Officer Posts: Maximum 35 Years
- Analyst – F&A: Maximum 40 Years
- Age relaxation applicable as per government rules.
Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 45,000. For those posted in company units, housing may be provided based on entitlement and availability. For postings in Corporate, Regional, or Zonal Offices, an additional housing allowance of Rs. 10,000 is applicable.
