Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed:
- Chartered Accountancy (CA) OR
- Cost and Works Accountancy (ICWA)
The qualification must be from an institution recognized by AICTE, UGC, MHRD, or the Government of India.
Age Limit (as on the date of interview)
- Assistant Manager: Maximum 27 years
- Deputy Manager: Maximum 32 years
- Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-servicemen as per government norms.
Pay Scale
- Deputy Manager: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (E2 Grade)
- Assistant Manager: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (E1 Grade)
- Initial monthly salary is expected to be approximately ₹45,000 and may increase based on experience and post.

Selected candidates will be posted at Balmer Lawrie's Chennai unit or any other location as per business requirements.
