Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

For RA: Ph.D. in Physics/Material Science/Electronics or relevant discipline.
For JRF: B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, or M.Sc. in Physics/Electronics/Materials Science with valid NET/GATE qualification.

Age Limit

Research Associate: Maximum 35 years
Junior Research Fellowship: Maximum 28 years
Relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per Govt. rules.

Stipend and Benefits

RA: ₹67,000 per month + HRA (as per DRDO norms)
JRF: ₹37,000 per month + HRA (as per DRDO norms)
