Overview of the Recruitment
Post Name: Compliance Officer (Chief General Manager), Chief Economist
Compliance Officer: CS (Company Secretary) and ICSI qualification.
Chief Economist: M.A. in Economics or related field from a recognized university. A PhD in Economics will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in relevant areas.
Experience in banking, compliance, and economic research is preferred.
Age Limit
Maximum Age Limit: 55 years as on 01 June 2025
Relaxation applicable as per government guidelines.
Salary and Compensation
Compensation applicable to Grade TE VII (Chief General Manager).
Pay Scale: ₹156500–4340–173860 per month.
Annual CTC approximately ₹42 lakh, with a 70:30 fixed-to-variable component ratio.
Job Responsibilities
Compliance Officer (Chief General Manager)
Ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.
Monitor adherence to RBI, SEBI, and other financial regulators’ frameworks.
Oversee risk and internal control policies.
Chief Economist
Conduct macroeconomic research and provide forecasts.
Advise senior management on economic trends affecting exports and international trade.
Publish analytical reports and policy notes.
